This is Jaeyoung Park, CEO of Medito Co., Ltd. and Cowon Project.
We are currently at a historical inflection point, where the center of assets and payments is rapidly shifting to blockchain-based digital currencies. However, I believe that the nation's monetary sovereignty, namely the existence of the Korean won, must always be firmly rooted at its core.
Based on this belief, we launched the KRW-K Cowon Project, developing a new type of KRW-based stablecoin.
With the stability of 1:1 won deposits and the transparency of smart contracts, KRW-K will go beyond mere technology and become a core infrastructure for national digital finance.
